Individual Healing Sessions

During an individual healing session, Mindy will work with clients to identify areas of their life where they may feel triggered or stuck. When we are out of alignment with ourselves and our connection with the natural world, this allows opportunity for disease, illness, mental health distress and other significant life challenges to arise.

Mindy blends the ancient healing practices of the beautiful universal life force energy of Reiki and the connection with Great Spirit, her own Spirit Guides and the natural world of Shamanism to support her clients in healing, so they may live more enriching lives free from old stories, wounds and patterns which were no longer serving their life purpose.

Mindy can help with releasing old stories and patterns, generational wounds, entity extractions, identifying sources causing anxiety, depression and other significant life challenges.

All bookings for individual healing sessions are two hour slots.
