A walk in nature, walks the soul back home …
Mindy grew up in the woods and waters of Maine. Some of her earliest memories are hiking through he woods near her home, building forts and searching for green crabs along the Sheepscot River. She spends a lot of her time hiking New England's many little mountains, with the majestic Katahdin being her favorite. Mindy enjoys wilderness, kayaking inland waters, soaking up rays oceanside and being outdoors in anyway which allows for connection to Mother Earth.
Mindy has found deep meaning and healing through her connection with nature, and is passionate about supporting people to heal and grow through connection and reiki shaman energy work.
Mindy has been a Registered Maine Guide specializing in recreation since 2017 and is a Master Reiki Shaman.
When Mindy isn't exploring the woods, waters or next great adventure, you can find her with her kiddos or working her day job in behavioral health.
